Shipping Information

• ​Famous Apples makes festive gifts for relatives, teachers, neighbors, clients, employees or co-workers. A caramel apple is perfect for sharing as a party dessert!

• We ship to the 48 Continental States, Alaska and Hawaii. For shipment to Alaska and Hawaii, an additional charge will apply. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• This gift is exceptionally fresh and requires 2-day delivery.

• Our Caramel Apples, and Gift Baskets are made-to-order to ensure freshness and carefully packaged so they arrive in perfect condition.

• We want your gift delivered as fresh as possible, so we will give you the quote and delivery time for you to chose to use UPS or USPS for our delivery, typically the items are delivered within 2-3 business days of being shipped.

• You will get the quote for our default shipping methods: Ground or 3-Day Air depending on destination. If you need your gift sooner, we can quote 2-Day Air & 1-Day Air delivery services.

• *Ground & 3-Day Air Service may not be available to all shipping destinations or at all times of the year.

• **2-Day Air Saturday Delivery is not available to all zip codes. If unavailable, we will attempt to upgrade the delivery to arrive on Friday.

• During warmer months, and depending on the travel distance, we strongly recommend 2-Day Air Shipping.

• Select your preferred delivery date. We also offer the option to ship to multiple recipients.

• If you need your items by a specific date, we recommend having them delivered 1-2 days in advance.

• Please note: To avoid weekend transit, orders placed after 10AM PT / 1 PM ET on Thursday will ship on Monday of the following week.

• Famous Apples is not responsible for damage to products during the shipping process. Our products are packaged with care and will arrive safely to you if properly taken care of by postal services.

​

• Sorry but refunds due to damage from shipping are not offered. We cannot provide refunds for deliveries where no recipient was available. Keep in mind our gifts are perishable and shouldn't be exposed to the elements for too long.

• Prices and delivery dates may vary by day of the week depending on the destinations distance from Northridge, CA.

• During warm months and as the weather dictates, we can ship our products in specially designed or insulated cartons and/or with ice packs, with an increase in shipping costs.

• In order to allow us to prepare your order for shipment, we are unable to change orders within 48 hours of a scheduled shipment. If you need to make a modification to an order, contact Famous Apples at 818.812.3017. Order changes cannot be submitted via email, Phone Text, or Social Media.

• Though UPS and USPS are reliable shipping methods, there are times when they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc. We ask for your patience during these times

​

• Due to the global pandemic UPS has suspended its guarantee for all service levels across all U.S. domestic and air services.  However, they are not relaxing any commitment times and still intend to keep their delivery promises.
